My practice provides an emotionally safe and supportive environment to help clients find their goodness, identify and reframe limiting beliefs, and grow both personally and professionally. I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, symptoms of ADHD, relationship issues, communication difficulties, grief and loss, career problems, stress, anger/irritability, along with many other life concerns. I take a holistic approach to working with clients, addressing the "whole" self" - providing guidance in the areas of nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, creative expression, and overall wellness.
My practice includes adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I also work with men and women who are going through separation and divorce, helping them preserve their emotional and physical health, and the health of the family, throughout the process.
